TranceDance - Ein Tanz Ritual mit Livemusik von Rishi & Dhwani
Das Frühjahr ist die Zeit um die Wiintergeister zu verjagen, aufzuräumen, zu Putzen - nicht nur im Aussen sondern vor allem auch im Innen. Vieles was sich festgesetzt hat, wird im Trancetanz gelockert, alte Struckturen gelöst und Platz für Neues geschaffen. Und Spaß macht es auch ;-)
Trance ist eigentlich ein uns wohl bekannter Zustand erhöhten Bewusstseins, der uns in unsere Innenwelt führt. Er verbindet uns mit innerer Weisheit, Inspiration und Kraft. Als Säuglinge und Kleinkinder sind wir meist noch sehr heimisch in der Trance, doch verschiedene Einflüsse während unseres "Erwachsen"-werdens entfremden uns zunehmend von uns selbst und unserer inneren Quelle.
TranceTanz ist einer der ältesten und leichtesten Zugänge in den Trance-Zustand - von den wirbelnden Derwischen bis zu den Huna Tänzern in Hawaii, von den Kriegstänzen der Maori bis zu den Volkstänzen in Europa - überall auf der Welt wurde und wird getanzt um diesen Zustand der Freude und Ekstase zu erleben..
Wir zelebrieren Trancetanz als Ritual, als Reise, schaffen einen sicheren, geschützten Raum zum Experimentieren. Dazu spielen wir Livemusik mit Trommeln, Perkussion, Flöten, Stimmen und Synthesizern, kreieren einen spontanen Klangraum aus Rhythmus, Melodien und archaischen Klängen. In Zeiten allumfassender Struktur und Kontrolle schaffen wir einen Raum für Freiheit, Wildheit, Spontanität und Sinnlichkeit.

Rishi ist seit über 35 Jahren als Schlagzeuger, Percussionist und Workshopleiter unterwegs und schöpft aus seinem grossen Fundus an Erfahrungen aus dem "Kulturbeutel" der Weltmusik und -Rhythmen. Er leitet Trommelkreise, schamanische sowie Meditations- und Transformations Workshops in ganz Europa... Un evento di Guarigione del Suono o di Massaggio Sonoro è un processo meditativo morbido che si concentra sulla creazione di uno spazio rilassante per calmarsi, rilassarsi e ritrovare uno stato di integrità. La guarigione del suono può fornire un modo semplice per riallineare le nostre cellule e rilassare profondamente il nostro intero sistema nervoso - aprendo i sensi per consentire alle onde sonore degli strumenti e della voce di entrare in profondità attraverso il cuore e portarvi in uno spazio di guarigione. Le onde sonore e le vibrazioni di strumenti, disegnati per creare una grande varietà di toni e sfumature sonore, portano il nostro intero sistema in uno stato di risonanza e armonia, aiutando a rilassarci e a creare uno stato d’animo rilassato. Ti chiediamo soltanto di metterti il più comodo possibile, rilassato, lasciando che le vibrazioni degli strumenti risuonino con tutto il tuo essere e ti ritroverai in uno stato profondamente rilassante, in cui l’armonia ti apre alla pace della mente, alla guarigione e all’ispirazione.
